Product Testing: 60+ Sites Send You Products to Test and Keep
Product testing has become the go-to method for Amazon Sellers to get brand lift, increase sales and product reviews, and rise in the search results on Amazon. Below you will find a growing list of companies and programs that help Amazon Sellers connect with product testers and send out deeply discounted and free product for you to test and keep.
List of companies giving discounted and free product to test
Over the past 3 years, I have signed up for dozens of these product testing programs listed below, receiving well over a hundred products for free. Furthermore, I have scoured the web looking for secret VIP product tester lists for companies and brands. And, because we send thousands of people to these sites each month, some of these companies asked us to help launch them by including them on this list.
In the list below you will find only the companies that I have either used myself (some for a few years!) or personally vetted via email or phone. Most noteworthy is that many if not all require you to sign up with an email (sometimes a phone number as well) and also ask for your public Amazon Profile URL or blog address. While many work with ebay Sellers and Amazon Sellers to get full products and product samples out to Reviewers and influencers, some are in-house product testing programs, or ‘super user programs’ that are run by a company to promote only their brand.
Sorted by the most recently added product testing sites first. You can filter these results by type or country at the bottom of this page.

First of all, signing up for these sites is an active approach—or subscription model—to testing product, since you are often the one reaching out to them. The passive approach—where companies reach out to you—has been covered in a previous post "How to get free products to review on Amazon".
Amazon Sellers pay these companies to reach out to their email list asking their subscribers if they would like to receive free or deeply discounted product to test. When you show interest in a particular product being offered, that company either:
sends you a coupon code to buy the product on Amazon (shipping is usually on you! So, be sure you have an Amazon Prime account.)
Or, they send the products directly to you; no coupon or buying needed.
With product testing sites, the latter is less common than the first. Furthermore, most sites send coupon codes so they and or the Seller can use the Amazon Seller Center to track usage, and more importantly, get the "Verified purchase" badge on the review.
Can I get paid to leave a review?
Not for reviews on Amazon. The latest Amazon Customer Review Creation Guidelines state:
Paid Reviews – We do not permit reviews or votes on the helpfulness of reviews that are posted in exchange for compensation of any kind, including payment (whether in the form of money or gift certificates), bonus content, entry to a contest or sweepstakes, discounts on future purchases, extra product, or other gifts. The sole exception to this rule is when a free or discounted copy of a physical product is provided to a customer up front. Source (Dec 16, 2016): Amazon Customer Review Creation Guidelines
