My experience with Elite Deal Club
I know a lot of us are having issues with this review site. And a lot of us have been pummeling them with emails. Looks like they don’t respond to them very well. I just got this email from them—looks like they are trying to address these problems with a mass email. See what I got below:

I started using Elite deals yesterday so I’m still new to it but just in case the last 24 hours I have scored some major deals. Unlike several others once you are in you don’t have to wait for vendor approval to get coupons. You are also not limited to only one item. The only limitation is from 10am to 2pm you are limited to one purchase to give others their chance to score deals before they run out. But after 2pm you can order as much as you wish.
After 2pm you are limited to 3 items.
I love Elite Deal Club but man their customer service sucks! ! They respond only once to emails you write and if the issue is not resolved first time around then sorry buddy you’re on your own. I’ve totally felt ignored by them.
You and me both. I give up on them. I made one mistake in ordering the incorrect item and that was IT. they won’t fix it by removing it from my history and I can’t purchase any more items. It is ridiculous.
same with me they stated if you did not buy the item contact them and they will remove it, what they should have stated was they would remove the user not the seller’s product

Me three! Ridiculous. I got a code for a pen and it says it’s expired if I enter it for the exact product listed. I emailed them, and after that my account was never able to get another code.
They appear to be out of business.
What makes you say this? Site is still up, and I still get emails form them.
Yes, I still get the emails, but I when I try to get a product, I have not seen anything except “code not found” since March. Two other friends, including the person who first told me about Elite Deal Club, also have not been able to get a coupon since March. That’s a different message than I used to see when the coupons were taken before I clicked. A friend who started a new account in March has never seen anything except “code not found”. (That’s the one that makes me think all those posts are wrong that suggest a user might have violated some rules of use.) But, if anyone is still able to get codes, please post something about your circumstances, so the rest of can understand why we can’t get codes anymore.
Has gotten a deal recently? I still get the emails, but since March, I only get “code not found” for every item that I look at. That’s not the message that I used to see when others had beat me to the code. In March, I had just recommended them to a friend, and they have never seen any message except “code not found”. Two other people, including one who had used it a couple months, and one who had used it longer, have not recently seen anything except “code not found”. So that’s why I think he (Casey Gauss) may have abandoned this project.
I began receiving “code not found” when attempting to get a coupon on June 7th. I emailed Elite Deal Club and received a reply stating that if someone receives a “code not found” the system has flagged the account for suspicious activity and I would no longer be able to receive coupons. I asked for clarification on my “suspicious” activity and how it could be rectified but I haven’t received a response.
It doesn’t work to contact them about it either. I reported the codes that I received because the seller had the item removed, and the other the code did not work.
I let them know, and reported on the page listed. I come back and my account was flagged for suspicious activity. I contacted them and told them I did everything they said to do, and they said once it happens its permanent, and they cannot share what suspicious activity is.
If it makes them suspicious when you report a bad coupon then I am not sure what they want. I always followed the rules, and purchased the items only once at 10:00 and once after two. All I can say is be careful

All I get now is code not found .
Oh well, there are lots of other review sites out there.

I keep getting the “We are sorry for the trouble, but there was an issue getting a coupon” message on everything now. I contacted them as was told it was told that my account was flagged for suspicious activity. I asked what it could possibly be and got no response because I have no idea. That was 4 days ago.
The same just happened to me when I try to get a coupon I received the same message. I emailed them and they said the same that I was flagged for suspicious activity. I responded again to see why I’ll let you all know if I get a response back. Really enjoyed trying new products that I can’t always afford to run out and buy. I reviewed them too!
I got 3 deals today but after that says sorry for the trouble but there was an issue getting a coupon

Lala, I started getting the same messages. I contacted them and got a response that it was for suspicious activity on my account. I have no idea why and they have not responded back. I’m disappointed. Try Vipon, Snagshout and Jumpsend. If you know of any other good ones let me know.
They just say that the account has been flagged but they never provide any reason. After sending daily emails for more than 1 week I finally got a response saying they cannot disclose the reason for flagging the account so basically they just don’t want you to come back to them. worst service
Got same thing and so did my husband. Three different email addresses attempted and all say account flagged for suspicious activity. Refuse to indicate what they are talking about and have never had any problems before with emails.
Yeah blacklisted me a while back for no reason. It basically means they do not want you back in their website. They ban and let in who they want. Just don’t sign up for their premium service, because when or if they blacklist you, they have access to your credit or debit card information. I would shut your card down. Lately I’ve noticed that they have crappy goods compared to Vipon and other sites. So getting kicked out does not bother me that much.
Has anyone who’s been flagged also been flagged on Amazon as a bad community customer? EDC flagged mine and my husbands account, and then I was also unable to write reviews on Amazon. I had the same experience with Amazon that I did with Elite deal club, where they told me my account was flagged, they did not have to tell me why, and that they would not be responding to any more emails from our account. It has made us want to cancel our Prime.
I had never even heard of this site before today (11/12/17). I said oh this looks neat. I created an account. Logged in for the first time ever and it states my “account is suspended due to suspicious activity”. What activity? It was my first time ever logging in. I sent an e-mail. They replied saying they won’t tell me why and essential it’s just suspicious and so they won’t let me “in”. I call major foul/scam. How due you have suspicious activity on legitimatally the first time you ever log in. I’m now just angry as I feel like it’s a scam.
I just joined. What is the small fee they are charging now? “We will now start charging a fee to gain access to certain deals we perceive as highly desirable among our EDC members. The hope is that the small fee we charge will deter other members who only .”

The charge they are referring to are separate deals they have on Amazon. The discounts and the items are usually not the same as the ones they have available to the general membership. To see these deals, you have to give them your credit card information. There charge is only $1 or
$2 for most items and the items are at a discount, sometimes not as good as you would like. When you give your CC info they show these items above the ones they offer to general membership.
I have had a problem with getting emails that show the “deals of the day”. It gives a list of what is coming up at 10am and 2pm. This gives an advantage, because if you see something you want, when the clock hits 10, you can scroll straight to that item and can usually get it. It’s a race to get the most desired items and if you’re not fast enough it sells out. I have told them a number of times that I’m not getting the emails and this puts me at a disadvantage and they keep sending me the same canned replies. Unsubscribe and resubscribe which doesn’t work. When I told them my sister doesn’t always get the emails either and it must be in their software, they sent an email that didn’t address my problem. I wrote back and told them to read my email before they send an answer and I haven’t heard from them since.
I have gotten quite a few good deals from them, some free, but their customer service stinks. I have gotten over $900 worth of products for under $100. Someone mentioned that the coupon codes don’t always work. What they have to do is look at other sellers and try getting the product from them. I have done this and it works.
The thing with EDC is that you have to be very fast to get the most wanted products. I’ve learned how to do that and I’ve made out very well.

Same here but for a month. And elite deal club customer service will not respond to email or FB messages.
Have been getting same reply for 2 weeks, not allowing me to buy anything. I counted and have bought exactly 200 items. I wonder if they have blocked accounts?
I have got the “Code Not Found” a few times in the past but usually logging out, then back in solved the problem. Yesterday, I started getting the “Code Not Found” on every item I tried to purchase. I emailed them and was told if I am receiving that code it means my account was flagged for suspicious activity and I would no longer be able to receive coupons.
I have no idea what happened as I am not doing anything different than I have been doing for over a year. I emailed them back and asked what I did to cause my account to be flagged. They have not responded back to me. That is poor customer service.
I really like the site and have received many amazing deals which really helped me with my Christmas shopping. I would like to be able to continue to receive good deals.
It’s frustrating and disappointing to not know what I did to cause them to flag my account. Even more frustrating to receive the email with “Your Deals of the Day” this morning, then still not be able to purchase anything due to the “Code Not Found” issue. Why do they send the email if they have blocked my account?

My husband and I both keep getting code not found and they wont answer our emails. Ive used this site for over a year. Ive read it means they blocked you/blacklisted you. I dont understand why though.

I was successfully getting deals recently. Last week I got a code that did not work, I know how EDC works, been using them for almost a year. After a week I emailed them to remove the item from my history, even included a print screen showing the code did not work. They said the code works! I emailed them back saying it wasn’t me. Ever since, I can’t get on the site. I try to log in and it bounces back to the home/login screen. I believe I was blacklisted/blocked.
I got that too and got an email like another person said, saying my account was flagged for suspicious activity. I only bought one item ever from them wtf!! I tried making another account and that won’t work either. Really sad smh
I entered my cc info. I am not getting anymore access to products than I was before. All of the great products that come to my email, never make it to the site. Regardless of how many time I look.

I think I figured out the problem and some of our situations, but probably not all of us. If you are getting a message that it was an issue retrieving your coupon, or something of the sorts. Look at your purchase history under your name. If there is an item there that you did not purchase or, if Amazon was unable to ship you the item for any reason, you have to email the website at the email address on your purchase history page and have the item removed from your purchase history. Otherwise, it looks like you are getting items and not paying for them. That might raise a flag. I had a couple where the code didn’t work or Amazon refunded my money because they couldn’t ship the item and then I couldn’t get codes anymore.
Me as well, been doing business with them for years now I can’t. When I first got the message that I was flagged, they said I couldn’t regain access but just an hour later, I had access again, now 2 weeks later I don’t have it anymore again.
This site does not work and when you ask for help you get canned answers. I am led in circles when I try to get to the “deals.’ Here is what happens to me. I get an email that deals are available, I click to view and I go to their site. There there are two buttons that I can push to see the “elite deals.” Once I click on the button I am taken to the home page where you are invited to join or log in. If you hit log in, you are back to the page with the blue buttons and around and around it goes. When you email customer service, you also go around and around. They don’t seem to read you comments but offer the same bit of inane help….suggestions that I have already tried and I have told them I tried, but they keep telling me to do the same thing as if they are offering some new type of advice. When I tell them that they are only offering canned responses and to please read my issue, they stop writing. How does the quote go? ” Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. ”
Either Elite is insane or I am for continuing to waste my time with them. I think they have too many people trying to get deals and they purposely close you out. I’ve read of so many people saying they it takes so much effort to finally snag a deal. I suggest that Elite stop taking on so many reviewers if they can’t handle the load. It will give Amazon a poor name even though they clearly state they are not affiliated with them….still it is Amazon that offers their platform for orders. I think Amazon should look at them too.
Gina, I could not agree more. I could have written your response word for word. That is exactly what I’m going through with them. I have only tried to use their coupons three times now and have had major problems two out of three times, and when I report them the unnamed responders simply say the same thing, over and over again. I actually just asked them if they were reading my responses and viewing my screenshots at all. After reading your post I’m confident that they are not.

Whatever you do; do NOT tell them a coupon code doesn’t work or something happened where you were unable to use one. ZERO forgiveness policy. I was made to feel like I was punished and sent to my room. The same thing happened to my room mate. We both practically received the same admonishing letter. I don’t think our letters were even read. Don’t fall for the “nice, family” introducton
100% agree! I have never felt more put down by any “human being” through an email. I almost quit it that day. My good friend did quit this club because of the nasty response when she had a problem. I decided to stick with it and luckily have not encountered any more problems over the next three months. If I did, I don’t think I would ever get in touch with their “customer service” department again…I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life!
I have ordered 3 items from them and have left reviews too. However, this time my coupon code did not work. I sent a mail to customer care, to which they gave a very rude reply. they quoted, “By not redeeming the coupon and selecting did not purchase this does not only take away from the other users who would actually like to purchase the product, but this also has a negative impact on our service and we are beginning to take action.”
I sent them the screenshot of coupon code not working as well, after which they did not reply. There are similar complaints on their fb page. I am never gonna purchase from them after this.
I’ve gotten quite a few deals from EDC, but wow, they are VERY rude! If a coupon code doesn’t work, if you accidentally request a coupon code, or if Amazon is out of stock on an item, they place all the blame on you. They do not treat their users fairly or with any respect whatsoever. They tell you to press the “did not purchase” button to remove a product from your history, which gives you an email address to contact them. Their reply is terribly rude and demeaning.
I am having difficulty finding the purchase @ EDC I have searched and searched for this because I have attempted to get several deals but was unsuccessful because of coupon error. I got the number and it wouldn’t let me use it at no fault of my own. Please make this easier to find and use. Its ridiculous right now. You can’t even find it.

Absolutely appalling! The reward programme for inviting new users is absolute joke! They hardly ever pay out, unless you hassle them for it and even then you’ll be lucky. Don’t waste your time on it! And the customer support is atrocious! I spent hours and hours trying to help get them established in the UK, I wish I hadn’t bothered!
When I first started with Elite Deal Club back in February, everything worked smoothly. I ordered a few products at great prices, used them and posted honest reviews. Then, I had a coupon code that would not work for a product that was available from only one seller and in only one listing on Amazon. I screen printed everything and sent an email to Elite Deals Club asking for assistance. This is the body of the reply I received:
“All of our coupons are tested the night before to ensure they are working properly.
The link provided should act as a visual aid when you are on the Amazon listing trying to make your purchase as there can be multiple sellers with the same product as well as multiple variations of the product by the same seller.

Several people have reported the exact same issue with this particular product. The item was actually removed from the Amazon website by the manufacturer, and another similar item added, which is why it could not be purchased.
A few days later, I attempted to purchase another product. This one was listed at one price on Elite Deals Club; but was over twice the cost once the coupon was applied. My request for assistance did not even receive a reply.
Both items are still showing in my account as being purchased and I am being reminded regularly to submit my reviews for those two items. Attempts to have them removed from my account have failed. They will not remove them and warned me about taking coupons and not using them.
I cannot recommend Elite Deal Club to anyone at this time. Perhaps they will make some changes and turn things around.
You might want to mention that they now REQUIRE you to have a Facebook account to join. In the same name and email as your Amazon account.

I have been a relatively new convert to EDC but I have been a experience assessment provider [mystery shopping for travel, restaurants etc] for quite some time now as well as a marketing product assessor in the UK prior to my move over the pond to the beautiful Portland OR.
It was good to find this page as, like product I believe websites offering services to their customers [product providers] should also be rated. Initially I found this EDC ok but the volume of expired offers v’s the amount of new offers was a tad concerning.
I then had a few issues with codes not working and contacted customer service who told me the codes are checked the evening prior to being offered. I did explain to that while that is admirable it does not mean they may not be an issue further down the road- they did not respond.
Today I had a pop up asking me to rate a product I had never purchased. I contacted customer service who assumed I had chosen the product, they simply could not comprehend I had not requested the product, and most certainly had not purchased it, I checked and double checked my AMAZON orders in case it has slipped my mind. I explained that I wished the item to be removed from my history as I depend upon my response stats to help me when I am bidding on bigger jobs.
I had a rude response blaming me, and that they as a site would suffer due to my lack of organization with my voucher codes and there was no way would they remove the item from my history.
I deleted my account as a result as I do not wish to be associated with such an unprofessional organization.
I also note they are asking for financial information upon signing up now- I find that rather concerning as this information is held by AMAZON where the purchase is completed, there is not need for this site to request this. I find that very dubious.
I guess we have to chalk this up to a bad experience and look elsewhere, I am sure there are more professional sites out there. The EDC clearly is riding on pride,, and we all know what happens after pride. #Elitedealclub
Hi there, I thought I replied to your posting but see it posted underneath. I stated that I had similar experiences with Elite Deal Club.
By the way, the $1 they are requiring is for Their Elite category, not the Amazon. I still feel uncomfortable and will not do that. Also, they move items from the Elite category to the Amazon category often. Case in point: a hot air dryer curler combo. Not only did they move it from the Amazon to the Elite deals and back again, but they reaised the price $5. Incredible.
Elite Deal Clubs server constantly crashes and has non-working coupons due to their own fault. They offer gift cards for referring people to them. Incredible. The person who refers the most in a week gets a $25 gift card. There is a person on there now who referred almost a 100 last week and over a 100 so far this week. All for a measly $25 gift card.
Elite Deal Club boasts that they have over 180,000 reviewers now, and offer 150 deals each day. Seventy-five percent are cheapo phone case and cables. I kid you not.
They also boast that they have new items up for grabs 3 times a day. Another cheapo phone cables maybe.
I agree with the other reviewer about their customer service. It stinks. I once wrote them an email telling them that a coupon code did not work and they wrote back stating that ALL coupons work and are verified the night before. The person then stated that people like me – who do not use their coupons- are hurting other reviewers!
Whaat? Seriously? Oh, it got better. They said “those who do not use their coupons would be forced to leave.
AND that this behavour was going to STOP.”

I have been having issues over the past couple of months that when I click on Get My Coupon, it reads Coupon: NOT FOUND.

I just joined this week and I already received 3 deals. The only issue I have seen with the site is that I often have to keep trying to get the coupon since there is often an issue with the site connecting to their servers when you click on “Get Your Coupon”
I give up with them. Always sold out. Rude customer service. SO not worth it the frustration. I’m perfectly happy with Tomoson and AMZ Review Trader.
Also, a tip: Sometimes contacting the seller directly on Amazon will score you a coupon if they can see you do thorough reviews. I have gotten many this way by sending them a polite message with my profile link. Don’t go crazy, as Amazon may flag you, but it never hurts to ask with those select few items that you are interested in reviewing.
I started w/ EDC last month. I typically only log in at 2pm. You literally have 2-3 mins to score a deal before something is sold out. I have found these issues recently.
1) Many times codes don’t work. Sometimes these codes are entered at checkout and the promo box lights up green saying it was accepted, but the price isn’t reduced. Other times the codes simply don’t work. EDC gets defensive when you report it.
2) Sometimes these codes don’t work and EDC says you purchased these products and reviews are expected. When you report that you weren’t able to order the said product they say they’ll remove it from your history but never do.
3) Recently the site constantly crashes, as soon as you get it, it kicks you off. EDC just says to clear your cache.
4) You may review products through EDC’s site, but it will always pop up a review is still due.
I’m looking at other sites that offer similar deals. Too much of a headache.
I *WISH* I could get a rude response to my requests for help…then at least I’d know they are going somewhere. I have started doing reviews only recently and at first this site seemed good, It looks professional, I got a few good deals in the first few weeks and then everything started going wrong. The system logs me in “partway” meaning some this work, some things behave as if I’m not logged in and some things just fail completely. I sure wish I knew how to get even rude assistance before I give up on them completely.
Please someone help! Everyday I try and get an elite Amazon deal and when I click on coupon it states “not found”. Customer service emails me and says clear cache. It is clear!
Hi did you ever find a solution to this problem? I joined EDC about a month ago and everything was running smoothly.. Now after all this Amazon Policy change, nothing works.. Code Not Found on every single product.. I have contacted them numerous times but get the same response every time.. They tell me to look at my deal history and maybe the code will be there.. Nope, Nothing.. and on the FAQ’s page it talks and shows pics of your “cart” i have never seen a cart.. Im at a loss. I have tried everything.

Started getting the “code not found” this morning. I sure hope i haven’t been blacklisted. This is my favorite site. I would be quite sad if this is the case.
I recently had the same problems that several have noted above. Unhelpful & rude customer service for reviewers. I guess it’s because reviewers are expendable. Sellers are where they make their money. I have tried to get two unpurchased items removed because of non-working/incorrect pricing codes. They responded with a canned answer and absolutely no help. They obviously are not going to remove the items so I guess we are at a deadlock. I guess I will just wait for them to delete me. That’s a shame for them because I am an excellent and dependable reviewer.
So what would happen if everyone started asking the companies why they’re coupon codes aren’t working? Actually,they’ve been pretty nice to me but I’m an idiot &I gave them my card number but I can fix that real quick. It’s so bad now about trying to get an item,the most wanted ones are gone as soon as it goes live. I’m done with them
I’ve been trying for a week to access this site, all I get is my screen to log into Facebook. When I log in it sends me right back to the FB log in page- over and over!
Before this I could access the site but when I try to retrieve a code it says “code not found” then sends me back to the FB log in page. I tried emailing Elitedealclub but they won’t answer me.

I e has that happen too. Over and over and over I logged in via FB but to no avail. Finally I just gave up and later went back and was able to get in. I also tried to log in with user name and password just to try it and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. Just so many flukes on this site. They really need to good tech person to straighten them around .
Help Please!! I joined about 2 weeks ago. Everything was going great, got the daily emails, got some deals, etc. Then I had 2 coupon codes that didn’t work. One of them, I just couldn’t figure out why (& have given up). I emailed EDC team. That’s when my daily emails STOPPED. The other item was listed $19.99 “regular” price, with coupon $4.95. The coupon just wouldn’t work. I finally noticed the vendor changed the “regular” price to $79.99, instead of $19.99! Can you say bait & switch? I emailed EDC at least 20 times, telling them the coupons wouldn’t work. The replies were always generic. I was told to try coupon again ,clear my cache, clear cookies, clear browser history, log in using different device, unsubscribe, re-subscribe, check spam, try coupon again. update email account. I did all this repeatedly, & told them, I did it, I also begged them to just remove the items from my account. I spent HOURS doing all this. They never did remove the items. They said they can’t be responsible if the vendor changes the price during the night. I would think they would be livid at the vendor for a $60 price increase!! Anyway, I recently deleted my account & signed up again. I CANNOT get daily emails, (& we all know what that means, you’re screwed to buy anything decent). I have written timely reviews & done everything they’ve told me to multiple times. Can anyone please help me figure out to get the daily emails back please?????? Thank you sooo much!! That’s because anyone who uses alot of their codes purchasing products they automatically assume you are reselling the Amazon products for a profit…They’re shady and their so called Customer Service Team is a joke!!
Anyone know how I can get the daily emails (back)? & whats up with the delayed viewing of the deals, due to an

Out right at 10!! I clicked on several items (all the time) but never get what I want. It stinks
I joined a few months ago and did score some great deals. I’ve noticed in the last two weeks that their server keeps crashing, every deal I want that’s decent is “sold out” immediately and I don’t see how that’s possible at 10 a.m. right on the dot. I’m quick too, and when I hit something I understand others are hitting it too, but for weeks now, everything’s sold out in a matter of seconds? That’s interesting.
Also, yesterday, I noticed something I had my eye on had gone down in price to $2.50. So I clicked on it and received the coupon code. But when I clicked on the link to Amazon, it didn’t take me to the product or even a page where I would have to find the product among similar listings. All it took me to was a page where it listed that brand and something else it sold. So I went to the page of the product (I had already had it open) put it in my cart, and tried to use the code. The code wasn’t any good.
So I wrote them, they did respond with the generic letter, and I responded back telling them that I did do everything correctly. So they responded back again with a new code and a new link. But here’s what now happened. The new code and link they gave me was for the old promotion code price $4.99, not Prime and the old price of the product. (It had since been reduced on Amazon and placed on Prime.)
So I wrote them telling them this, and also, telling them to take it off my page. I told them why would I want to pay more for the item with their code when the seller has reduced the price and wait longer with shipping?
They were nice about it in their email, but of course, it’s still in my history. Something’s going on with the site and it’s not good.

I agree, something is up with their deals, &/or website. (see my prev posts) I think, they are on overload for reviewers. I wish they would monitor peoples reviews instead, & quit the invites. I see one person simply stated they got the item at a discount & didn’t even write a review! I have reviewed all my items, & they still show up, as not being reviewed, (annoying). I joined about a month ago & had some coupon problems, emailed them & since that have NOT received the daily “preview emails.” Also, I can’t access the deals till 10:02am, so everything decent is gone. Still hoping someone can help me with how to get the daily emails back?
EDC was good in 2015 and the start of 2016, but now the Elite Deal Club has become the Delete Deal Club. Logins do not work. Coupon codes are always not found. And if you happen to get a coupon code, it is invalid on Amazon. I strongly suspect that Amazon’s lawyers are also coming after Delete Deal Club for their fraudulent manipulation of the user review system. Amazon has already closed down several similar coupon-dumping sites both last year and this year. Casey Gauss, the idiot who runs EDC, continues to spew lies on his viral-launch.com site about how effective EDC is to try to fool sellers into paying fees. Previously, I have never seen the brands that EDC offers also being offered to Amazon Vine reviewers. But since last month, several brands have disappeared from the EDC listings and are now appearing for Amazon Vine reviewers to review. So just like all of the EDC reviewers who are being ignored and mistreated, the sellers are realizing what a sham EDC really is, and they are paying Amazon the fee to offer their products on the Amazon Vine system.
If you are repeatedly getting “Code Not Found errors, login problems, and coupon codes that are invalid on Amazon, the BEST way to fix this is to call EDC’s customer service number at 317-602-7121. If you email EDC about problems with their pathetic Web site and coupon codes that are not found or invalid, you just get the same abusive and condescending replies that EDC copy-and-paste as replies to all email inquiries. So phone them at 317-602-7121 and ask to talk to Casey Gauss.
I called and was told there is no customer service department to speak to anyone! The girl, Lindsey, was rude. Asking where I got the number from, to which I replied, off of google. She said she’s not familiar with EDC and can’t help all I can do is email Casey@elitedealclub.com

Firstly, I’m sorry that you’ve had so many issues with the site. 🙁
Let me start by saying, its very difficult to justify paying for upgrades to the site when we make very little money from Delete Deal Club directly and developers cost a lot of money on top of server costs and a customer service team. If we were making more money directly from the site, we would gladly update it. With that being said, the updates would only be cosmetic in nature really. I will say that we are getting a new customer service team in soon, but we’ve been extremely busy.
Second, in our defense we are not a review service. We do not require our users to leave reviews and ask that a user leaves a review ONLY if they would like to review the items they purchase. Nothing more or less. So we are definitely not being sued by Amazon’s lawyers. Our goal is to be 100% compliant with Amazon’s Terms of Service.
As to why we will not remove purchases: We have had a ton of users take advantage of our site by getting the products we offer at a discount and then turn around and re-sell them. It was costing the sellers we partner with tens of thousands of dollars a month. Users would take advantage of the opportunity to remove the product so they could grab multiple coupons, which again hurt the sellers who were offering the coupons. It is entirely impossible for us to know which users were doing this and which were being honest. So we had to make a decisions, either continue to cost the sellers tens of thousands of dollars until they stopped offering deals altogether, or disallow EDC users from removing products from their purchase history. We also had a good number of users claiming coupon codes with no intention of using them (I’m being honest here. You would be blown away by some of the emails we get in customer support). By users grabbing coupons but not claiming them we saw claim rates drop to as low as 40% quite often. This also hurt the sellers, and made sellers want to leave EDC because we were not delivering on our end of the bargain.
The majority of the sellers we partner with are not a part of Amazon Vine because it is very expensive to the seller. Some brands, after partnering with EDC become profitable enough to pay for Amazon Vine which gives them access to Amazon top reviewers which reviews by that group can help their conversion rate tremendously! So I am glad to see sellers graduate from EDC to Amazon Vine. 🙂
To avoid hackers who have tried tirelessly to get into our system we created a requirement to login every 24 hours. It was a security measure we HAD to take. I’m sorry, but requiring users to log in every 24 hours is not very difficult and was not worth the security risk.
Why our customer service team is not always completely helpful: This really comes down to the security measures and the measures to stop resellers. To ensure that EDC continues to operate, we’ve HAD literally HAD to put these measures in place. It is very unfortunate. In 2015 we were small enough to fly under the radar of hackers and resellers, but we’ve grown to a point where these things almost closed the website entirely. Our customer service team is very limited then in how they can help. They are not being rude when they do not remove a purchase, they honestly just cannot remove the purchase because we’ve had to put these measures in place. Their job sucks because
Why things sell out so quickly: Some deals only offer 10 coupons per day. That is all the seller can afford to give. We also have over 200,000 users. So if 200,000 users want the same product and we are only giving 10 coupons away for the product, it is going to sell out FAST! There is really no way around it. 🙁 If we could offer more coupons and more deals to satisfy all of our EDC users, trust me, we would!
As for “code not found” error: This error is caused by one of two things. 1) You have not signed in within the last 24 hours so we think you are a hacker (in which case signing out and back in will solve your problem). 2) For a number of reasons, we have either put your account on a blacklist, meaning you or someone on the same network as you has performed suspicious activity so we are too afraid to allow you to grab coupons because we think you a reseller. Again, this is to protect our sellers so we can continue to operate EDC.
We are making an average of $38 dollars per day running Elite Deal Club. That is DEFINITELY not enough to hire a developer for the site plus pay for server fees, customer service, etc. Its largely a free service that you are completely free to use if you wish, or not use if you do not wish. If you don’t like the site so much, then why use it? I definitely don’t want to waste your time, yet you post these malicious things about me and Delete Deal Club when you are paying nothing and are completely free to avoid. If this were a paid service or some kind of requirement, I would understand. Its just kind of frustrating to have all this hate thrown on us, when you don’t completely understand the whole picture, and you could very easily avoid the trouble by avoiding the site.
Again, I am so sorry that the experience is poor. We’re trying to come up with very clever methods of keeping the re-sellers, hackers, and customers who plainly abuse the system at bay while providing the best service possible. Its a pretty impossible task when we do not require our users to leave reviews. 🙁
I would love to hear your feedback and answer any questions as to why things are the way they are. But please no hate or spam, we get that enough. 🙁

Casey, thank you for replying to that poster, I’ve been on Elite Deals for awhile now and outside of a few coupon code issues, I’m EXTREMELY happy with the deals that I get from the site so that poster does not speak for me!! I am, however, in the land of the Code Not Found issue. I’ve been getting that for about 3 weeks now on every item that I try to get a coupon for. I log into the system every morning before the first deals go live and I log out after the second batch of live deals so I’m out of the system everyday but for some reason I’m getting the Code Not Found error so I’d really like to know how to get rid of that. Other than that, KEEP doing what you’re doing because there are a ton of us out here that appreciate you!! Blessings to you!!
Hi I too am in the land of coupon not found. I am no hacker and love the site. I always check things put but do not buy just to buy. Buy because Im interested. How do get off the “blacklist” Again if you email you receive the same response. “They are working on the system problem and they are aware” or no answer. Is there a way to get further assistance please?

Glad to see this response. I can’t imagine the amount of effort that goes into running your site. I have been using elite since July 2016 and have been so happy!!! My friend thought I needed an Intervention.😂 Since October 17, I have been getting code not found. I did try logging out and back in, tried deleting account and re joining- no luck. I do not sell anything I have ever received, I don’t have sellers account on Amazon or any where else. If I am blacklisted, please let me know what caused this or that I am. I really loved getting your deals, they are the best out there, I think that is why people get upset. Appreciate any help .
Sadly I am in the code not found group. I’m definitely no hacker! The only way I can even access the Internet is through my phone data. And I certainly am not a reseller. I was compliant with reviews up until they were no longer required. I really loved this site. I enjoyed trying out new products and recommending them to friends. It was the bright light in my usually dismal days. It is very upsetting to hear I’m blacklisted. I truly hope this is only temporary.

I have never resold any items and I am not a hacker. I started getting code not found last week just out of the blue. How can someone get off a Black List – especially when they did not do anything to get put on it. I was told there was a technology glitch that the company was working on. As a 4 time cancer patient I looked forward to reviewing items. It gave me something to do each day. I honestly would like to be back on the active list.
I assume that I have been put on a “black list “due to suspicious activity. Not sure why, I was buying this on a daily basis for myself, aunt and grandma and having the items shipped to them and myself. Maybe that was reason fir suspicious activity? Not sure…I log in everyday hoping the “code not found” has been resolved, but nothing. Should I just give up since I was probably put on a black list?
Excellent response answered a lot of questions I have had. I love this site and have scored many great deals and have tried out a lot of different products I might otherwise have not. I run into a glitch here and there but like you stated you are offering great deals to the public and a free service.
I think the issue is the complete lack of communication. I mean zero. I am also getting the code not found and am certainly not a hacker, nor have I ever resold anything. If we’ve been blacklisted, why not put the list up? Why not give people a way to get back into your good graces and show they’re not scammers? It’s funny that it took someone calling you out for you to respond. Have you taken a gander at your fb account lately? People are in the dark. I think it’s a blessing that so many people care about your site, yet this is how you treat your members? I get it’s a big undertaking, so why not shut off the ability for new members to join until things are under control? Maybe show those of us that have been around for longer than a few months a little bit of loyalty instead of just throwing everyone out?
Your message answered a lot of questions and I understand all the points you made about how difficult it is to run the site. I think I can safely say most of us here are not hackers or resellers…. I recently found myself in the land of coupon” not found”… I have never resold anything I get, nor do I know the slightest thing about hacking anything, let alone the edc site. I feel like I found a unicorn… waiting so long for an answer I been asking. I’m not a hacker or a reseller. Sometimes I grab a coupon in the morning and wind up not using bc my wife will say we don’t need it but I grabbed it because it was a good deal. I haven’t resold a single thing I’ve bought from edc and shopping there has been my morning ritual for years now and I’m really bummed out that I’m blacklisted. It’s a dog fight but once I finally got my hands on those hammocks for 5$ I been celebrating edc ever since please let me back in we love your site
I understand everything you are saying, but my account was flagged for no reason apparently because any products I didn’t use the code for was because the code didn’t work, I have never sold a product I received and I do the reviews as I get opportunities to do so. I was a regular user and so were coworkers of mine, we looked forward to trying the products and telling each other about them. Very disappointed that my account would be suspended for any reason at all.
So if an account has been blacklisted, how do you go about removing this flag? It is unfair if we have not re-sold or have taken advantage of the site. We would like to offer support and like elite deals but if we are blacklisted it is frustrating.
What a terrible answer. All these people that have posted are probably people like me that have nothing wrong. We want to use your website. If we can’t repurchase an item because the code didn’t work – that’s fine but why don’t you just say that on the website. To blacklist all of us, when we have not violated your terms and conditions and been faithful to your site all this time is very irresponsible!
Add my account to TGE Code Not Found group. Even though I still get the Daily Deals email. WTF? Even though your revenue is probably not what you hoped for, you are still providing a service and it is completely ridiculous on a grand scale that you won’t help those that would want to help you with good code usage. Things like this will continue to be the downfall of your site since the good reviewers don’t like being treated terribly.
I just have one simple question, once someone gets blacklisted, i.e. the “code not found” message, are they ever reinstated? I have been a long time user of EDC and quite enjoyed it. I have never resold a single item I have bought through EDC and could even provide photos of the items being used in my home, by me, if necessary. I am disappointed that I have been blacklisted for absolutely no good reason and am suspicious that this may happen to people once they have received so many coupons. I simply do not wish to waste my time if this status as a ‘suspicious person’ is not going to be reversed. If your customer service team has the time to blacklist people, then they should at very least let people know why they are doing this or give them some opportunity to redeem themselves. It is pretty difficult to believe that a company only making $36 per day could even remain operational. Also, there are some pretty bad reviews on the BBB website which indicates that while this company may be doing things on the right border of legality, they are not exactly on the up and up. There is obvious room to make unlimited profits in offering these coupons and if you are not making money, you are doing it wrong.
I am more than happy with the products I’ve been allowed to purchase–and there have been many–but I 3 out of 4 times the code is rejected when I try to check out. If you have a problem with customers not using the code they’ve requested, this could the reason for much of that. Sometimes I would receive a response from customer service that offered me Amazon links that I could try and sometimes that was all I needed. Now, I get no response when I do as your website says and contact the EDC team about a problem with a coupon. Your website specifically says you will remove items from my purchase history that I was unable (NOT unwilling) to purchase and yet, to date, they’re all still there. It’s frustrating. I’ve followed all of your rules and been a model customer. All I ask is that you hold up your end of the bargain.

I’m glad I found this feedback. I thought I was the only one. Besides what everyone else said about coupons not working, poor customer service, and not removing items from purchase history when requested to do so, my BiGGEST issue with them is that I am in the site , signed in and ready to exactly at 10 and 2 and I’m clicking on item immediately and still get a SOLD OUT !! All these new items they are showing and I can’t get one! I end up settling for a lesser item that I figure I will use later or something but the good stuff that I really want doesn’t seem to be available . I want to know if I’m doing something wrong? Is there a way to be right on top of the item when it’s GO time? So that I don’t have to waste time scrolling? Like I said , it’s exactly 10 am when I click on my item and it goes straight to sorry we are sold out” !! I think EDC needs to tweak their program. Items still on my purchase history that I don’t own and that they are steadily asking me to review. It’s so annoying. I’m almost addicted now to getting these cool deals but some of the best best stuff is out of reach. Anyone else?
I have snagged quite a few good deals on this site after I figured out how to do it. I check the e-mail they usually send to see if there is something I want and then use Ctrl-F to search and find it on the site when the deals pop up. I set an alarm so that I can pull the page up a few minutes before they are supposed to load. Most of the better deals for me are at 10 a.m. You just have to be quick and there are some things that I do not find on other deal sites on this one. They also give you plenty of time to really test the product before asking for your review. And the items that say Sold Out will usually repost the next day at the same time, so if you miss it one day, you can try again the next and usually snag it.
Terrible experience using Elite Deals. Emails go unanswered and I’ve essentially been threatened that my account will be negatively affected because I got a coupon but didn’t use it. It fact I never even asked for the coupon. They have absolutely NO customer service and should be out of business in a year.
My last Elite Deal Club purchase on 10/16/16 went smoothly. Today I grabbed 1 deal at 10am (EST) and when I tried to complete the purchase I applied the code and received the error message: The promotional code you entered is not valid.
A few minutes ago I got very lucky and was able to grab 3 more items (2pm EST) that I’ve been trying to get for several days. I’ve put each item into my cart individually and applied the corresponding code and each one received the same error response mentioned above.
What the heck?!?!
Also, I’ve never received the daily deal email message regularly. I was luck to receive the email 3 out of 7 days. Now I’m not receiving them at all (last one was 10/7/16) and unsubscribing and subscribing multiple times hasn’t resolved the issue.

I have been getting the “code: not found” response for a while now. I even tried deleting that account and starting a new one AND linking it to my facebook account with the same email address. This is really getting ridiculous! I get a “deals” email every morning, but I can’t claim any deals.
My emails about being blacklisted (as Casey from EDC mentioned above) have also gone unanswered. I would not recommend EDC.
Hi, I have not been able to get a coupon and my last day was October 22, 2016 that I was able to buy anything. I am not a Seller, just a woman who loves to get good deals and try new things. Is there a reason why it keeps saying “Not found” when I try to get a coupon? I still get get the daily emails about what is coming up, but nothing works. Please advise. Thank You.

My wife and I both log in on same computers, sometimes different computers, and purchase products that we are excited to get. We both log in almost every single day! grabbing codes twice a day that we actually use!

Have been using EDC for quite some time now. I am an avid shopper and like to put my opinions on Amazon for almost all my purchases. But I bumped into this “Code Not Found” issue a week back. I am not a reseller or hacker, rather I am a pretty well ranked Amazon reviewer. Will see how it turns out for a week and then I will stop using EDC altogether. Been wasting a lot of time at 9 and 1 lately.
I just sent them an email as I got the dread ” code not found “….I am kind of scared now as their customer service sounds scary! I have gotten a few bad codes the past few days( first time) and now can’t seem to get any codes…I can see what Casey was saying in the letter, however, fair is fair and innocent buyers should not be punished for loving their site and running into a few problems…😢😢😢
Code not Found. Received a letter stating they know this is a problem for a lot of members and are working on it. It has been 3 months for my Daughter and just a week for me. I was also told to check the history as they may appear later. Actually one did appear for my Sister later and one popped up while she was on the page after it said Code not Found. On codes not working and taking out of history. This has happened at least a dozen times. I wrote multiple times about this. One in a cart, try this link, did not work for me. Only one code for item was remove from my history and I was able to get the item after getting a new code. Only info I have so far.
I too am a member of the Code:not found club. I really don’t understand why. I access this with my iPads, iPhone and computer. I can’t find a way to “logout”. I have cleared caches and history to no avail. It automatically signs me in to the page. I’m not a hacker, and have had such fun buying products which I have planned to give as Christmas gifts. This really has deflated my bubble of excitement about gift giving this year. Please, PLEASE let us back in!

I find it so strange that EDC sells out still to this day on all their items, yet so many of us have the “CODE NOT FOUND” issue. I too, am just like you guys. Buying stuff at a great rate, then BOOM not able to purchase anything any longer.

I just want to say that I am now a proud member of the “Code Not Found” club. I have never re-sold or scammed in any way. I realize that EDC wishes to protect the sellers, Casey, but most of us are people just looking for deals. That is it. When you assume we are all scammers in an effort to “protect” what you actually do is hurt yourselves and the sellers. Ultimately they will start using the other sites because EDC is gaining a terrible reputation. It may only be $38/day but that is $38/day you may end up losing. Assuming we are all scam-artists is just an embarrassing way for an organization to conduct itself. Should we assume that as well? Is EDC selling our email addresses? I am now getting more spam so it must be the fault of EDC. These are the types of conclusions you are jumping to. It should be innocent until proven guilty not guilty by suspicion.

I just became a member of the “Code not found” club, on every item. This sucks. I’ve been with EDC for a few months, bought maybe 30 things, and I’m definitely no scammed or reseller. Every item I buy, I keep. The deals are so wonderful and I used to log on everyday 9 & 1 sharp! I’m kind of scared to ask customer service anything because, in the past they’ve been very standoffish and have NEVER fixed any issue I’ve had.
I wish I could luck up on another website like EDC…. Or Casey peak her head in, as she did before when someone called her out… Seems like the personal jab touched a nerve and that’s the only way to get a legit response.
Yup,ive been a member of the “Code Not Found”club too for about a month now.I reviewed EVERY product i recieved CONSISTENTLY and when i tried to contact customer service,i just got a bunch of beating around the bush and NEVER answering the question of WHY im getting the CODE NOT FOUND.On their website section about issues with coupons they answer every question EXCEPT the one we really want to know!!!LAME LAME LAME!!!They know what they’re doing and they have our credit card info too….even if we cancel our account who knows?hmmmmmm be careful folks it may be a set up..or not
It seems they are seriously working on the Code: Not Found issue users are having as well as their customer service. I emailed them late morning 1/7 and go a response just a few hours later. Uh, nope! I got this EXACT SAME RESPONSE from them WEEEEEEKS ago and never received another response back. I then decided to make another account to see if that one would have the same problem; it did. Different computer, different email. It’s not our accounts, it’s them. And now I’m also having problems staying logged in! I get through the first page, but when I press the “go to dashboard” button, the next screen pops up but then immediately goes back to the login screen!
GAH! Same thing happened to me. Dag it, that’s annoying as I have been a loyal purchaser for nearly 2 years and never once abused the privelage. Once I notified them that 3 codes didn’t work or came up with a price $10 or more over the advertised price, it was CODE: NOT FOUND land for me. So sad! I got so many things for my family through this site. Made our Christmas doable.
For those of you who read Casey’s post above, don’t fall for the BS about making only $38 a day. I have seen their advertising/submittal rates and they are in the $1000’s per week/per item. 150 items? Mmmmm, sounds like pretty good ching to me.
Website doesn’t work for most to get the code. Please take the time to write to Amazon about their companies being taken advantage of by Elite Deal Club. They are under a misconception thinking their coupons are going out to everyone when in fact many, many people are getting the result of “Code Not Found” Elite Deal Club needs to be shut down. I wrote to Amazon last night and they said they were forwarding info to their legal department. I think the more people write to Amazon about this bad company to bigger a case we got. Thank you.
This has nothing to do with Amazon as they are not associated with EDC in any way…. If anything, it would be more logical go Di irectly contact the companies promoting on EDC. Idk why everyone bitches about it anyway, when you get the “Code Not Found” issue – it’s not like it’s very difficult to fix it.

how do you get off the black list. I have never resold or hacked. I have called the number, emailed edc and emailed Casey …… still get code not found. Deleted account and still got same message. I am so very sad I loved this site. I just want it back can anyone help?
I’ve been using EliteDealClub for the better part of a year, but haven’t been able to access it since Christmas. I try to log in (using email or Facebook) and when the little thumbs-up screen pops up, I’m kicked back to the log in page. I tried “reset your password,” but it tells me I don’t have an account, and I can’t sign up for an account because it tells me I’m already a member. I emailed, and got a quick response suggesting that I clear my cache or try another computer, but I’ve already done that several times. Very odd.

I get code not found. They said my account was flagged for suspicious activity. I haven’t done anything wrong. That was it. Why are they sending me emails daily then. I am pissed!
I have the login issue as many have mentioned on here.. Did anyone figure out how to stay logged in that was also facing this problem? I have emailed customer service twice and they told me the same as someone else mentioned about having to log in twice because I wasn’t logged in the past 24 hours. I get to the thumbs up smiley face page and am kicked right back to the login screen. Every single time. Re-installed my browsers, cleared caches etc. I’m using an iPhone and only have 4G at my house. Are others who are getting logged out using similar or different devices and / or connections? I’m pretty sure it’s a server side issue, but they don’t seem to want to fix it.
Elite deals club used to be great and now is horrible. I deleted my account back in December when I started getting code not found for everything. I was not told I needed to link my facebook account. I have since tried to sign up again and am unable to link my facebook account, it just stays on the screen of linking and never connects so I am still unable to get products. I have not received any type of support reply to the email I sent. This used to be a great resource. I am sad and dissapointed that I can no longer use this site. I really wish they would work on fixing the problems and providing better customer service. In addition, If you try to message them on FB, you get a form reply, in that, there is no one actually replying to your message.
My wife and I both became victims of the code not found issue. the last time I contacted customer service when a code didn’t work (which was back in 2016 I believe) they gave me very rude email, which I replied by letting them know I didn’t appreciate their choice of words. It was like they were a bad parent scolding a child for the parents mistake. I was just letting them know their code didn’t work, then got sent to my room…

I am visiting Clearwater, FL. A couple days before I got here, my account was working. I recommended EDC to a friend in Clearwater. They got “Code not found” the first time in, and every time for the last three weeks. (So it can’t be anything they did to get blacklisted, and it can’t be that they didn’t log in recently enough.) I tried my account on my pc on their home network, and I get “code not found”. I switched to my 3g internet access through my phone, and some problem. We were in a cafe in the next county in Tampa, and we both got the same problem. Did EDC blacklist the whole Tampa Bay area? Is EDC broken or out of business?
ELITE DEAL CLUB IS A WASTE OF TIME. You go to the trouble of signing up, but they limit you to 1 item per day, but when you try to get the discount code, most of them DO NOT WORK. You can try if you like, but I already wasted A LOT of valuable time on that stupid site. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you have a problem with a code, you’re supposed to send an email. But all you get is a scripted automatic response that is NO HELP.
USE A DIFFERENT SITE, UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO WASTE.

i have pretty much encountered all of these issues. but i am sort of wondering if we are getting “blacklisted” for simply emailing them. maybe they find it easier to not deal with issues. just a passing thought i have theories about this stunt they have been pulling flying through my head

Don’t just complain here. Email amazon directly with these issues. I have. If amazon.com gets all these complaints about EDC, then they will force them to improve or shut down.

I too have received Code: NOT FOUND and then a response to my email saying there was “suspicious activity”. I did nothing wrong. I even searched their page for some rule I may have broken without knowing it. Take a look at the TONS and TONS of complaints on their Facebook page with ZERO response. The deals are great, when you can get them, but then they shut you out without explaining why. I don’t feel bad for them at all after reading Casey’s response. Get a friggin business plan EDC and don’t complain to or about your customers!! TERIBBLE business practices!!
Has anyone been able to get a working coupon in June? Since March, all that I get is “code not found”. Same is true for two friends of mine. Same is true foe someone I told about elite deal club, so they signed up at the end of March. I still get the emails, but that’s not helping me get any deals.

I used 2 coupons this week (7/13/17 and 7/14/17) and there was no fee. Went on yesterday and said I could no longer use coupons without entering cc info and paying a fee. Still haven’t decided if I want to do it or not.
Do NOT sign up for this. I’ve been a member for a few months and scored some pretty sweet deals. Then a couple days ago I clicked on 3 different items only to get a response “code not found”. I emailed to ask what this meant. “Your account has been flagged for suspicious activity” and they basically kicked me off. I asked 3 times what they found, what they meant, with no answer. This is a scam. Check out their facebook page and read all of the posts from other people this is happening to. So either they only let you get deals for a set amount of time, or they just decide to kick you out and not tell you why. Try VIPON and Jump Send.
I got a item from “extreme rebate” a back up camera to install in your car. I was very apprehensive with this purchase first, then they refund u. Because i am new to doing reviews i thought that this was protocol with some of these sites.
Thankfully my interaction went without incedent! But now that i read that its not normal protocol, dont think i’ll be ordering another product anytime soon.

It has gotten ridiculous. I started getting a new error that says there was a problem getting coupon code or it freezes on getting coupon. for EVERY single item being offered? My mistake was emailing them regarding fraudulent pricing and fake offers. Willow & Everett offered some great things the copper 5 pc pot set for $5 and i got the coupon after trying for a month When i tried to use it it was not anywhere near $5 it was 39.99 so i emailed and asked for it to be removed. They did, it was offered again for 19.99 I got a coupon. AGAIN same seller it was 43.99 with the discount!!I again emailed and complained about bait and switch .Received the canned “your not doing it right” nasty emails. and my fav If the coupon gives a different price point that is the PRICE the seller intended. There were also other items Bluetooth diffuser, etc. that the coupon codes returned wrong pric (way wrong) or did not work at all. I complained. Now I have been blacklisted started at the end of July, Now all the people I have referred and anyone who is affiliated with me also can not make any purchases. I even had a friend try and open an account BRAND NEW (from my house) and she received the same error getting code messages. when she emailed with the error code and asked for an explanation the canned reply of your account may; have been blacklisted for suspicious activity. How can you break a rule without ever receiving a coupon? I am more than a little sad to see the childishness of the person running the site, All i did was try to point out HUGE discrepancies. After i would point them out the item would be offered up to a week with the wrong price point or non working codes.! If the excuse they gave me was the seller did not notify them of the price change in amazon, Why did my telling them about it not correct the situation? It was bait and switch with some of the products. And I believe some of them had no codes at all as they would start off sold out!! Disappointed just like a lot of other people who are getting the same black out treatment. Maybe they ran out of products and it will all change when they get it together. ? My favorite canned response was when you got a code tried to use it and it was expired and you sent them an email. “sometimes the seller ends the offer too soon” and they would run that same item for another week (but the seller ended the offer too soon?) I have been using EDC for about a week now and have purchased one product each day (that has been all I have wanted) except today when I have purchased two. I think it is a great site and have not had any problems with it yet. It seems if you click that the coupon didn’t work or if you contact them then they block your account, so I will steer clear of doing that. I love this site!

These fascists have gotten way too big for their britches, and not only have they offended an enormous number of their own customers, they’ve given many of those customers cause to disassociate completely from the companies that they represent. I, for one, never want to buy another product from Foxbrim or Thena Naturals, simply because I’ve lost complete respect for them for either, 1. not doing their research, or 2. and even more egregious, knowing what’s happening yet not caring.
Everyone needs to be aware of this company “suspicious activity”. It is good while it lasts but like most of the reviewers on here I had the same issues. Codes not working ,very poor customer service and my account terminated for suspicious activity. When I wrote the company to ask why all they told me was that they could not tell me what the so called suspicious activity was. I believe that this is a fraudulent company and needs to be put out of business.
Tristan, I would like to ask why you continue to recommend this company? There are so many stories that are almost the same here and on the fb site. Are they all doing things they shouldn’t? Don’t you at least think a warning about the discrepancies would be prudent? I don’t know, and you certainly need to earn a living but I’m going to steer clear of this hot mess. There are just too many people with the same issue that it seems the owner is at best poor about responding and at worst just letting people sign up to get a valid email address to sell to spammers.

Yes, and I believe the comments section is about 100+ warnings, to be honest.
A major reason for The Reviewer Collective existing is to list all the product testing and review-in-exchange sites that are in operation, and allow the community to review them in the comments section. If I were to take this page down, how would anyone learn about the company’s behavior? Every company listed gets a chance to respond to the comments, if they choose to.
Also, these companies don’t pay me to list their site here. All listings are created for free as a directory. Some companies do advertise on The Reviewer Collective, but that is separate from the pages I create for their company and your ability to comment on them.
A week ago they were having problems with their site no one could get in. Ever since then when i log in it kicks me back out. It takes me far enough to see the pop up and their deals and then it kicks me.
Sabra, that’s exactly what’s been happening to me starting November 30. The first time I notified them about my login problem I received a response (useless, but still a response). Now they don’t respond at all. I would just like to know if they’re out of business or if I’ve been blacklisted for some bogus reason. I’ll be sorry if that’s the case, but I would just like to know.
And, if they’re reading this: I have never taken a coupon code and not purchased the item except when it was virtually impossible to do so. There are a number of reasons why codes don’t work and they’re perfectly well aware of all of them.

I’m pretty sure this company is a sham. My account was working fine for a week a two in November, when I first signed up. Then a couple of weeks ago it stopped working, for everything that I click on it just says “We are sorry for the trouble, but there was an issue getting a coupon.” I have emailed them, but as others have stated, their replies are less than helpful and as of late, they have just stopped responding. I thought they may have “blacklisted” me, so I tried signing up with other emails but still the same message.
Terrible! I got great deals for a while but then suddenly, nothing works. The explanation given was unhelpful and nothing fixes the problem. There is something very sketchy going on with this outfit.

I am very very suspicious of this company. I never did give them my credit card number, tho. Nor did I ever sign anything giving them permission to use my amazon account credit card. Definitely something shady going on. I’m getting same message “code not found” over the past couple of weeks. After many emails they finally said my account was flagged for suspicious activities. LIke everyone else here i’ve done nothing suspicious so no idea what they are talking about. I tried signing up with a different email address, and name, even going over a vpn in case they’re doing some kind of blocking by IP but i get the same message. Would avoid the service at this point.

I have been using this service for awhile and on a Monday, was able to get a coupon, got the product on Wednesday, and on that same Wednesday was not longer able to get coupon codes. Their reply to my inquiry…”suspicious activity” and when asked what was suspicious, the answer was pretty much ‘we can’t tell you, and you will not be reinstated.’ Looking through their terms, I can’t see what I did that was suspicious. So, you are guilty no matter what.

Horrible customer service!! I recommended the site to my coworker. Their IT department must be out of date because our company uses the box instead of a network. I am guessing since we were on the same wifi it ended up red flagging our accounts. They did not confirm, this, but I had been using them for about two years with no problems. Then shortly after my coworker used it, our accounts were forever suspended. They do not take the time to see that we have different everything else (like address). They literally can not think outside the box.
